Molded Vinyl parts, such as Grips, Caps, and Covers are produced on an automated Rotisserie Molding System. Multiple molds are indexed through each station for Preheat, Dipping, and Curing.
The PLC-actuated tank ensures consistency of wall thickness and tolerances.
Greenfield offers outsourcing service for mold design and fabrication. Sample or production molds can be prepared from customers prints or physical samples. In most cases molds are machined in Aluminum, however, for high volume production, they may be cast in Aluminum or Ductile Iron.
